Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, kralbet reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending or settled wagers, and forfeit any balances held therein without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. kralbet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws in the Philippines, including Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended, kralbet is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, before accepting deposits above specified thresholds. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process may require you to submit copies of valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. kralbet reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including where a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed.
All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. kralbet accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform. Deposits made using third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name will be reversed and may result in account suspension.
kralbet does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days to reflect, depending on your bank's processing times.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. You must have completed the KYC process before your first withdrawal can be processed. An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. kralbet reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, as disclosed in the cashier section. Players will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied. The remaining balance, if any, will be returned to the player upon request.
Bonus Terms Apply: All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and validity periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms.
Bonuses credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Continued participation in a promotion following the publication of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
All games available on the kralbet platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game, the round in question may be declared void and any wagers placed will be returned to the player's account. kralbet's decision in such matters is final. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

For disputes relating to game outcomes or account decisions, kralbet's internal review process must be exhausted before any external escalation. All decisions made by kralbet following an internal review are final and binding, subject to any rights you may have under applicable Philippine law.
